Detailed general characteristics of the apartment facilities are available. Each apartment is fully customizable by the in-house architects.

 

Payment plan:

•       Payment 1: Deposit of USD 10,000 to reserve the apartment of your choice.

•       Payment 2: 35% of the sales price (less deposit) upon signing the sales contract. Within three months of signing the reservation.

•       Payment 3: 25% of the sale price 60 days after payment #2.

•       Payment 4: 10% of the sale price 60 days after payment #3.

•       Payment 5: 10% of the sale price 60 days after payment #4.

•       Payment 6: 10% of the sale price 60 days after payment #5.

•       Payment 7: 10% balance of purchase price minus $10,000 security.

•       Payment 8: Final payment of USD 10,000 upon delivery of the apartment.

 

After final payment and handover:

•       You will receive your proof of ownership, the so-called "title".

•       Furnish and decorate the apartment according to your wishes.
